The Indian Paintbrush subdivision is located in Kyle, Texas in the 78640 zip code in Hays County. Students attend these Hays ISD Schools: Science Hall Elementary, Armando Chapa Middle school and Lehman High School.

This site is setup to consolidate useful information for our homeowners into one place. We will use the News page to share important updates and new information. The Knowledge Base page contains important information for all homeowners new and existing alike.

Our HOA management company is called Spectrum Association Management. Spectrum Association Management’s contact information is on every page of the website on the right side. If you leave a message, give Spectrum Association Management a day or two to respond. Please remember that we are not the only HOA they provide management services for. Please give them a reasonable amount of time to respond to your requests.
