The Board of Directors wants to encourage all residents of Indian Paint Brush HOA to do their part in conserving water. We would like to encourage all homeowners to explore xeriscaping options. Xeriscaping can take many styles and shapes. Some xeriscaping projects can also incorporate small sections of grass. This picture shows a recent project completed by the homeowners at 183 Dandelion Loop. Please remember that any xeriscaping project must first be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
