We had our Board of Directors meeting this evening at the Kyle Library. Board members present reviewed the financial statements and the primary topic of discussion was about the financial needs of the HOA and options for raising additional money to pay bills. At present, expenses are greater than the money we have coming in. The President will review extremely delinquent accounts and recommend next steps to the board for consideration.
We also discussed landscaping issues raised by a homeowner that was present. A meeting is being setup with the landscaping company’s representative next week to address the issues.
Another board meeting will be scheduled in early November to decide on next steps in resolving our financial situation.
